Where I can these books freely? I really have no idea to get these books freely....? - cambridge beaches

I just got really no IDE, these books, free, because I have no credit card to buy on eBay or Amazon, so please someone help me! Tell me how I can get for free? What does free? I need a few books for my research to take, here is the list of r:

If you are a British public library can not expect to lend them a book for you.

You do not need a credit card to use eBay, a bank account is sufficient. Some people will take a mandate
